I will accept a reference from 2 other providers who must have a current ad/site.  I am also first timer friendly and will accept a photo of your ID along with something to back it up (such as a link to social media or a business card).  I understand any applicant's reputation is paramount and any information will be regarded with utmost diligence & discretion.  I also conduct a one-time initial phone introduction to assess compatibility, answer any questions, and begin the process of forming a connection.  Only after this interview will I make a final decision regarding your application.
